1. Credit/debit card transactions are always conducted in £ Sterling and you will be charged in your local currency at the exchange rate applicable to your authorising bank.  We have introduced a 2% surcharge to cover higher AMEX transaction charges.

2. Orders for services or for non-tangible items such as conference registrations or PDF files will be delivered without charge and all other items will be delivered by the most cost effective means available to guarantee secure, speedy and reliable shipping world-wide.
